How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Large and bulky items generally takes longer than smaller items, so it would take around 10-15 days for final delivery.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you entered wrong shipping address during order or want to update/change the address, you can do so by contacting us before we ship out your order.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email/sms after you place your order, then after we ship your product you will receive a tracking link through email/sms. If you any other queries about your order, you can contact us.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No, we process all payments through third part payment gateways, so we never get and store your any payment details, you can check third party privacy policy by visiting their site.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, But all the prices shown on this website includes all taxes like GST and shipping charges.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we are only shipping through this website to INDIA only, if you are an overseas buyer then contact us, we can export to other countries only on bulk basis.

Will my items come in one package?

No, due to size and nature of furniture that is heavy and bulky, it may be shipped in multiple packages like in each package a single sofa (if you ordered more than 1).

What is your returns policy?

We accept replacement which arrive damaged and defective during transit, you should raise a replacement request by contacting us within 7 days after delivery. You can read full policy here.

I received the wrong item

If you received a wrong item just let us know within 7 days and we will happily do a replacement.

My order arrived damaged

If you received a damaged item just let us know within 7 days and we will happily do a replacement or issue a compensation for the same.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

You can change or update the delivery address only before we ship out your order, after shipping its not possible. Normally you will have 3-5 days after order to update your adress as that is the time we require to ship out your order.

Can I change or cancel an order after I have submitted it?

Yes, you can cancel or change the orderd item by contacting us within 24 hrs after placing the order.
